Resumen: El presente trabajo contiene la metodologÃa implementada para la calibración del espectrógrafo Lhires III del Observatorio Astronómico de Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira (OAUTP). Se describen los ajustes que se realizaron con las partes más importantes de este equipo como lo son: la rendija, el espejo principal, la rejilla de difracción, el tornillo micrométrico y el lente colimador. Se utilizaron lámparas de emisión de neón, argón, mercurio e hidrógeno para generar la curva de calibración que relaciona el cambio de posición del tornillo micrométrico con la longitud de onda observada... .
