The Misunderstanding of the Church
Brunner sees St Paul's Epistle to the Romans as 'the chapter of destiny of the Christian Church'. German Orientalism in the Age of Empire
Nineteenth-century studies of the Orient changed European ideas and cultural institutions in more ways than we usually recognize.
