Die vorliegende Studie, die auf einem umfassenderen Gutachten für das Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) beruht, befasst sich mit der Begründung und der Anerkennung sowie der Reichweite und den Grenzen des entwicklungspolitischen Kohärenzanspruchs und legt dann im Lichte internationaler Erfahrungen dar, dass zu seiner Umsetzung ein komplexes 'Kohärenzmanagement' erforderlich ist.
