Elinizdeki kitap 1970’lerin ikinci yarısına aittir. Tam 30 yıl önce, 1979’un yaz aylarında yazma kısmı bitti. Daktilosu, dizilmesi, düzeltilmesi, şekillerin çizilmesi, matematik ek, bibliyografya, önsöz, vs. derken piyasaya çıkması 1980’i buldu. Böylece kitap İstanbul Üniversitesi İktisat Fakültesi 1979-80 dönemi mezunlarının son sınıf İktisadi Analiz dersine yetişti. Sınavda tuğla gibi bir kitaptan sorumlu olmanın öğrencilere soğuk duş etkisi yaptığını hatırlıyorum. Yazarken kitabın birkaç baskı yapacağını düşünmüştüm.
