Des Weiteren soll jedem der 90 Vereine garantiert werden, dass seine Mannschaft, an keinem Spieltag, der unter der Woche statt findet, länger als eine Stunde fahren muss. Die Fahrtzeit soll demnach an allen Wochentagsspielen höchstens 60 Minuten betragen.
