Poeta, autore e compositore di canzoni, scrittore, e interprete di classiche italiane e napoletane. Ha pubblicato il suo primo romanzo, storico, autobiografico napoletano: ‘O viecchio antico, nel 2008. Questo è il suo secondo romanzo. Ha realizzato, inoltre, due raccolte di poesia in lingua e in vernacolo: Domani è un altro giorno (libro italiano editore - 1996) e A Cristina (Graus editore – 2010). Bruno Iaccarino ha un canale Youtube, in cui recita alcune delle sue poesie e interpreta canzoni sue e classiche italiane e napoletane.
