This book was written from a personal view to help understand the dynamics of working inside a prison no matter where it is. Correctional Officers are heroes but never recognized as such in our community. Retired as a deputy warden and having the opportunity to work all custody levels I have been putting these thoughts into words. This book is written to be inspirational and provide insight how to focus on your dreams to attain your anticipated success in a most honorable and ethical way. Filled with adversity, challenges and reality, it is an inside view of your world inside the walls.
