Integrating User-Centred Design in Agile Development
This book examines the possibilities of incorporating elements of user-centred design (UCD) such as user experience (UX) and usability with agile software development. It explores the difficulties and problems inherent in integrating these two practices despite their relative similarities, such as their emphasis on stakeholder collaboration. Developed from a workshop held at NordiCHI in 2014, this edited volume brings together researchers from across the software development, UCD and creative design fields to discuss the current state-of-the-art. Practical case studies of integrating UCD in Agile development across diverse contexts are presented, whilst the different futures for UCD and other design practices in the context of agile software development are identified and explored. HCI for Cybersecurity, Privacy and Trust
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third International Conference on HCI for Cybersecurity, Privacy and Trust, HCI-CPT 2021, held as part of the 23rd International Conference, HCI International 2021, which took place virtually in July 2021. The total of 1276 papers and 241 posters included in the 39 HCII 2021 proceedings volumes was carefully reviewed and selected from 5222 submissions. End-User Development
This book constitutes the proceedings of the 8th International Conference on End-User Development, IS-EUD 2021, held in July 2021. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The paper track received 26 submissions, of which 11 full and 4 short papers were selected after a rigorous double-blind review process.
