A New Hymnal for Colleges and Schools
A New Hymnal for Colleges and Schools is a nondenominational, ecumenical collection of over 400 hymns and 100 psalms designed especially for worship services in academic communities. Hymns and spiritual songs are drawn from many countries and many different traditions. A number of hymns appear in their original languages, as well as in English translations. Throughout the hymnal, gender-inclusive language is used wherever possible. The psalms, for example, depend heavily on inclusive-language versions prepared by the United Methodist Church and the National Council of Churches. Also included are many hymns written in the past quarter-century, as well as new texts and music commissioned especially for this collection. The ample selection of hymns by Americans includes the work of hymn writers, composers, and authors such as Aaron Copland, Emma Lou Diemer, Alice Parker, Virgil Thomson, Richard Proulx, Robert Frost, and John Updike.

I hope "the life of a damaged person," helps whoever reads it. No matter what race, religion or creed, male or female, young adults, middle aged'adults. I hope within the covers of this book, it was something said to help each and every one of you get through your problems, heartaches, relationships problems, trials, tribulations or even struggling from a divorce. The life of a damaged person was written to and be an example for others who start out in the way of a cocoon and develops into a mature beautiful butterfly. The process that was such a challenged of life experiences. I thank Jesus Christ who pushed and encouraged me and coached me in my alone times/lonely, hurtful times. It has become the practice to claim copyright protection for virtually every piece of 'writing' or its electronic equivalent, created by knowledge professionals - from business plans for a start-up company to the instruction manual for use of a motorized saw and to specifications for pipeline tenders. This paper posits that the legal doctrine of copyright was never intended, and is not equipped, to regulate the very building block of our society-information. When used to protect utilitarian information products (UIW) en masse, copyright can impede the flow of information necessary for innovation, foster waste in the form of redundant creation and adversely impact competition in the market.
