Transcurridos ya bastantes años, se puede decir que no sólo fueron pioneros, sino que fueron los auténticos evangelizadores de una nueva conciencia. Desde El Camarón se iban dando pautas de cómo enfocar y actualizar los cambios que operaban tanto en los ámbitos político-jurídicos como en los planos socioeconómicos. Asimismo, no se descuidaban las explicaciones biológicas, tecnológicas o medioambientales, ni tampoco eran ajenos a las exigencias institucionales, lo que hoy en día, se denomina gobernanza.
