A Journal Written During an Excursion in Asia Minor by Charles Fellows 1838
Unlike some other reproductions of classic texts (1) We have not used OCR(Optical Character Recognition), as this leads to bad quality books with introduced typos. (2) In books where there are images such as portraits, maps, sketches etc We have endeavoured to keep the quality of these images, so they represent accurately the original artefact. Although occasionally there may be certain imperfections with these old texts, we feel they deserve to be made available for future generations to enjoy.

Charles Fellows Scrapbook
Manuscript friendship album, compiled by Charles Fellows between 1820 and 1826. Scrapbook contains watercolors, pencil drawings, manuscript verse, anecdotes, and inlaid items. Content is concentrated in the first half of the album (approximately 67 pages); the remainder of the volume is blank. The "title page" contains a series of watercolor sketches in addition to the following "advertisement": "Wanted: the willing hand of some friendly persons to assist in filling a scrap book, to be composed of verses, anecdotes, songs, proverbs, sayings, riddles, charades, rebuses, enigmas, grotesque and picturesque views of all kinds, curious conversations, tales, maxims, extracts, repartees, witticisms, parodies, oddities, and everything else to afford amusement.
