Meeting employee interests depending on the age and form of employment Abstract The aim of this chapter is the identification and assessment of meeting employee interests among the employed in standard and non-standard forms based on the age criterion. The first part of this volume broadens the understanding of contemporary industrial policy in local, regional, national, and international contexts.
