This book constitutes the referred proceedings of two workshops held at the 32nd ACM International Conference on Supercomputing, ACM ICS 2018, in Beijing, China, in June 2018. This three-volume set LNCS 12452, 12453, and 12454 constitutes the proceedings of the 20th International Conference on Algorithms and Architectures for Parallel Processing, ICA3PP 2020, in New York City, NY, USA, in October 2020. This book constitutes the refereed post-proceedings of the Second International Conference on High Performance Networking, Computing, and Communication systems, ICHCC 2011, held in Singapore in May 2011.
