Discrete Geometry and Mathematical Morphology
This book constitutes the proceedings of the First IAPR International Conference on Discrete Geometry and Mathematical Morphology, DGMM 2021, which was held during May 24-27, 2021, in Uppsala, Sweden. The conference was created by joining the International Conference on Discrete Geometry for computer Imagery, DGCI, with the International Symposium on Mathematical Morphology, ISMM. The 36 papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 59 submissions. They were organized in topical sections as follows: applications in image processing, computer vision, and pattern recognition; discrete and combinatorial topology; discrete geometry - models, transforms, visualization; discrete tomography and inverse problems; hierarchical and graph-based models, analysis and segmentation; learning-based approaches to mathematical morphology; multivariate and PDE-based mathematical morphology, morphological filtering. The book also contains 3 invited keynote papers.

The four-volume set LNCS 14011, 14012, 14013, and 14014 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Human Computer Interaction thematic area of the 25th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction, HCII 2023, which took place in Copenhagen, Denmark, in July 2023. Autonomia Partidária
A positivação da autonomia partidária no §1o, art. 17, da Constituição Federal de 1988, que assegura aos partidos políticos uma ampla liberdade para a regulamentação das suas questões interna corporis ou intrapartidárias, foi uma grande conquista para a democracia representativa brasileira, visto que, nas democracias contemporâneas, as agremiações partidárias são corpos intermediários essenciais para a racionalização do poder político. Nos últimos anos, porém, Ezikelly Barros constatou uma tensão, cada vez maior, entre o exercício da autonomia partidária e o seu controle pelo Poder Judiciário. Destarte, a presente obra objetiva equacionar essa tensão ao identificar quais são os limites para o exercício do direito fundamental de liberdade intrapartidária, assim como quais são os limites para a intervenção judicial, nas questões interna corporis dos partidos, com a proposição de um conceito pioneiro denominado "discricionariedade partidária".
