Mind, Heart, and Spirit

Mind, Heart, and Spirit: Educators Speak is a collection of real-life stories from a diverse group of educators on a wide range of issues such as how to deal with difficult students, the role or parents and religion in a child's education, and the similarities and differences in educating children in different cultures across the globe. Filled with interesting anecdotes and personal accounts, this is an intimate, sometimes frustrating, sometimes exhilarating insight into the experiences of all these educators as they have struggled to overcome various challenges in educating children. Their passion for teaching and their devotion to their students come shining through and offer a glimpse of the important role that Baha'i education-- with its emphasis on unity, tolerance, and diversity-- can play in shaping the lives of young people today.

Albert the Great (Albertus Magnus; d. 1280) is one of the most prolific authors of the Middle Ages, and the only scholar to be known as “the Great” during his own lifetime. As the only Scholastic to to have commented upon all the works of Aristotle, Albert is also known as the Universal Doctor (Doctor Universalis) for his encyclopedic intellect, which enabled him to make important contributions not only to Christian theology but also to natural science and philosophy. The contributions to this omnibus volume will introduce students of philosophy, science, and theology to the current state of research and multiple perspectives on the work of Albert the Great. Contributors include Jan A. Aertsen, Henryk Anzulewicz, Benedict M. Ashley, Miguel de Asúa, Steven Baldner, Amos Bertolacci, Thérèse Bonin, Maria Burger, Markus Führer, Dagmar Gottschall, Jeremiah Hackett, Anthony Lo Bello, Isabelle Moulin, Timothy Noone, Mikołaj Olszewski, B.B. Flame of God

BE IGNITED! Are you frustrated by your lack of power to live an authentic Christian life? Do you want more boldness to share the Good News of Christ? Do you desire the gifts of the Holy Spirit to be manifested in your life? American missionary Daniel Del Vecchio moved in miracles, healings, and deliverance while ministering in Cuba, Mexico, and Spain. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, he reached out to backpacking youth traveling through Torremolinos in the 1970s and 80s, spearheading an international Christian community and evangelical churches in Spain. These communities opened drug rehabilitation centers and cared for the poor and marginalized and those suffering from trauma and abuse. Light ...

From Matador to Missionary

Sal Miliziano is a follower of Jesus Christ. He never had a desire to write a book until at the age of seventy, when he visited Israel. Since he became a Christian at age eleven, it was his lifelong desire to see where Christianity began, and it was there, in Israel, that Providence took over. He fell deeply in love with Israel and with the Jewish people and became a Zionist, an "adopted Gentile-Jew" into the family of God's chosen people. In July of 2022, he was ordained in the Assemblies of God as an Emissary (Missionary in Messianic Ministry). Like the song in the movie Exodus says, "This land is mine / God gave this land to me," Sal believes that because of Abraham's deep faith in God, the land of Israel and the Jewish people were "chosen" by God to bring His Word, the Torah, the Tanakh, and the Brit Hadassah (New Testament) into the world.
