★ABOUT THE BOOK: The conventional energy sources like coal, petroleum and fossil fuels are limited in nature. About 55% of energy is produced by fossil fuels in India. And fossil fuels are limited in nature and are not long lasting. With the increase in demand of electrical energy, the alternative non- conventional energy generation technique is required. The generation of electrical energy through Sun is the best option. The day and night is periodic in nature. So, one can extract unlimited amount of energy from sun. The energy generated from the sun is called solar energy. The solar energy is generated with the help of photovoltaic cell which is also called PV Cells. The photovoltaic cel...

Research Paper (postgraduate) from the year 2012 in the subject Mathematics - Miscellaneous, course: Ph. D., language: English, abstract: In the paper the proof of one of the Yadav's six conjectures of indefinite nonintegrable functions, classically known as nonelementary functions, and their examples have been discussed by applying strong Liouville's theorem, its special case, some well-known nonelementary functions and properties mentioned by Marchisotto & Zakeri.
This book presents the select proceedings of 1st International Conference on Future Trends in Materials and Mechanical Engineering (ICFTMME-2020), organised by Mechanical Engineering Department, SRM Institute of Science and Technology (Formerly known as SRM University), Delhi-NCR Campus, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. The book provides a deep insight of future trends in the advancement of materials and mechanical engineering. A broad range of topics and issues in material development and modern mechanical engineering are covered including polymers, nanomaterials, magnetic materials, fiber composites, stress analysis, design of mechanical components, theoretical and applied mechanics, tribology, solar, additive manufacturing and many more. This book will prove its worth to a broad readership of engineering students, researchers, and professionals.
Research Paper (postgraduate) from the year 2012 in the subject Mathematics - Miscellaneous, Vinoba Bhave University (Shivaji College, University of Delhi), language: English, abstract: The present book introduces new functions named as dominating functions, sequential functions and dominating sequential functions, which dominates all most all classical elementary functions. Following the tradition each new function has been divided into four types as trigonometric, hyperbolic, exponential and logarithmic functions. In the book we find that the classical elementary functions are the particular case of the new functions. This is the reason of calling them dominating functions. In fact dominating functions behave like superset of the classical one as will be seen in the book. These functions solve the lack of mathematical notations for many nonelementary functions generated from indefinite integrations. Some of the examples have been given in the present book. The students, teachers and researchers will find new functions for further research in different areas of mathematics, physics, etc.
This architectural monograph provides a critical study of Aldo Rossi, a leading Italian architect and one of the most successful architects of the post-modernist period. An historical analysis of Rossi's work is presented as the author explores the source material, and projects and buildings of the period 1965-1992 are examined. The book is illustrated throughout and includes a reappraisal of nine recent projects.
This book presents a very useful and readable collection of chapters in nanotechnologies for energy conversion, storage, and utilization, offering new results which are sure to be of interest to researchers, students, and engineers in the field of nanotechnologies and energy. Readers will find energy systems and nanotechnology very useful in many ways such as generation of energy policy, waste management, nanofluid preparation and numerical modelling, energy storage, and many other energy-related areas. It is also useful as reference book for many energy and nanofluid-related courses being taken up by graduate and undergraduate students. In particular, this book provides insights into various forms of renewable energy, such as biogas, solar energy, photovoltaic, solar cells, and solar thermal energy storage. Also, it deals with the CFD simulations of various aspects of nanofluids/hybrid nanofluids.
