Water is of paramount importance for sustaining life, development and the environment. The availability of water is the key determinant of economic growth and social prosperity. The emerging scarcity of water has also raised a host of issues such as sustainable water supply, equity and social justice, water financing, pricing, governance and efficient water management. Water means solid, liquid and gas, a water molecule is made up of 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom (H2O). Pure water is tasteless, odorless and nearly colorless. There is a fixed amount of water on earth, but only about 3%% of it is fresh and available for drinking by human, plants and animals. The other 97%% of water, which is mostly stored in the world's seas and oceans, is salty and undrinkable.

Economic development is the main priority for any country. Economic development means a process of upward change that is whereby the real per capita income of a country increases over a period of time. To accelerate the economic development we have to use the entrepreneurship as a tool. The most industrially developed countries like USA, Germany, and Japan are the evidence that an economy is an effect for which entrepreneurship is the cause. In fact, the entrepreneurs play an important role in contributing for the development of an economy of a nation. It is all the more in a developing world where there are ample opportunities for innovations to exploit the available resources and initiate entrepreneurial ventures. A country might remain backward not because of lack of resources or dearth of capital (as it is many times believed) but because of lack of entrepreneurial talents or talent existing in that society.

Wto Is Seen Largely As A Symbol Of North-South Conflict, Due To Divergent Perceptions Of The Developed And Developing Countries On The Multilateral Trading System. This North-South Divide Is Reflected In Their Ministerial Negotiations Where The Rich Countries Try To Impinge Their Ultimate Authority Over The Global Economy Leaving Thus Limited Options To The Poor Countries To Defend Their Economic Space, Notwithstanding The Fact That The Developing Countries Account For Nearly 80 Percent Of Wto Membership. There Is Now A Growing Concern Among The South Asian Countries, Including The Four Least-Developed Countries On The Restrictions Imposed By The Developed Countries In The Form Of New Clause...
