Bahkan diseluruh Provinsi dan kabupaten/kota perlu dibentuk instansi khusus yang bernama Badan/kantor Pemberdayaan Masyarakat.Bahkan di dalam Struktur pemerintah desa/kelurahan juga dibentuk Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa/Kelurahan (LPMD/LPMK). Oleh sebab itu buku ini diterbitkan dengan harapan untuk dapat dijadikan acuan bagi semua pihak yang membutuhkan, baik Mahasiswa, Fasilitator, aparat desa/kelurahan , pemerhati pemberdayaan masyarakat desa untuk mendukung kebijakan pemerintah dalam kaitannya dengan perspektif kebijakan publik.
