Strategi Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru
Komitmenyayasan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Ada beberapa komitmen organisasi yang harus dievalusi yang ada dalam sekolah ini agar dapat dikategorikan golongan baik dengan cara mengukur indikator-indikatornya. Ditemukan indikator rata-rata paling rendah yaitu pemberian apresiasi, Yayasand inilai masih terkesan acuh dan tidak konsisten.
