The Expatriate is a fast-paced thriller tracking the unfortunate adventures of an American family in Brussels. 40 ans de cinéma à travers les prix du Jury œcuménique au Festival de Cannes
Le Festival de Cannes agite les media et attire les badauds au mois de mai sur la Croisette. Mais ce n'est pas seulement ces paillettes apparentes, c'est aussi des salles obscures du matin tot jusque tard dans la nuit ou les professionnels du cinema et les cinephiles se cotoient analysent, trient, evaluent la multitude de films proposes dans differentes selections. Parmi eux, les Jures oecumeniques doivent se prononcer sur celui qui, parmi les films de qualite, leur semble le mieux illustrer les valeurs de l'Evangile. Il est interessant de constater combien, en 40ans d'existence, les Jurys oecumeniques ont couronne des films qui accompagnent de pres l'actualite sociale.
