Ara memang baru genap setahun diterima bekerja sebagai pengelola situs website di Kampus Nabastala Bangsa. Dia adalah lulusan Fakultas Komunikasi di Kampus Biru Api, Jakarta. Semasa menjadi mahasiswa ia beberapa kali memenangkan lomba fotografi dan lomba menulis opini. Ara sama sekali bukan bermaksud untuk bertindak tidak sopan terhadap Bos-nya tersebut yakni, Bapak Dir Nadir Diroso Kusumo Joyo Mangunnegoro. Beliau Satu-satunya pemilik saham dan Ketua Yayasan di Kampus Nabastala Bangsa.
