A Vida Adulta: Dificuldades na Passagem da Adolescência para a Maturidade
A entrada na vida adulta acontece com a concretização de muitos aspectos que foram experimentados na adolescência e com a estruturação de uma nova configuração psíquica, mais madura e mais autônoma. Nesse processo será necessário abrir mão de um formato de si mesmo anterior, adolescente, para que se possa constituir uma personalidade capaz de viver a maturidade. Muita energia psíquica é investida nesse processo de mudança, e essa passagem pode ser bastante conflituosa. Quando não há a possibilidade de se desfazer do lugar adolescente e assumir-se como adulto, os jovens ficam presos em uma condição de limbo, e sofrem com isso. Enquanto a revolução da adolescência ferve dentro do jovem e aparece em tons fortes na família, na vida social e no mundo externo, os turbilhões da entrada na vida adulta, às vezes, parecem muito intensos internamente, mas silenciosos aos outros. Talvez, seja uma fase com tantas dificuldades quanto à vivência da adolescência; no entanto, é menos famosa, menos comentada, menos esperada pelo mundo social e não conta com grandes discursos a seu respeito. É a essa questão que se dedica este livro.
Sonhos na psicologia junguiana
Jung foi um dos pioneiros no estudo dos sonhos. Pela sua noção de inconsciente e de vida psíquica, construiu uma maneira própria e original de trabalho com os sonhos na psicoterapia, que leva em conta tanto o inconsciente individual quanto o coletivo. Propôs o método de amplificação simbólica. A partir de fins do século XX, a Psicologia Analítica lança-se em novas formas de trabalho com os sonhos, para além de sua consideração na psicoterapia individual. Os analistas e terapeutas que aqui se apresentam ampliam criativamente a ircunscrição do método, com peculiar ênfase ao trabalho com sonhos e grupos, à consideração do corpo, à utilização de recursos expressivos e artísticos e à sua utilização na formação profissional. Destaca-se também a aplicação em diferentes contextos, que ampliam o atendimento ao sofrimento psíquico onde ele ocorra, seja nos centros de atendimento da rede pública, na saúde mental, nas casas-abrigo, respondendo, assim, à grande diversidade de demandas da contemporaneidade.

Well-Being and Cultures
This anthology focuses on empirical studies comparing cultures in relation to central positive psychological topics. The book starts out with an introductory chapter that brings together the main ideas and findings within an integrative perspective, based on a broad theoretical framework encompassing interdisciplinary and methodological issues. It gives special emphasis to some open issues in the theory and assessment of culture-related dimensions, and to the potential of positive psychology in addressing them.
