Esta obra: Educação de Jovens e Adultos em debate, volume I é uma obra que está sendo apresentada como resultado de todos aqueles que acreditaram nesse projeto com a participação de alunos do curso de História, Matemática e Pedagogia da Universidade Federal de Roraima e de alguns pesquisadores, que contribuíram oferecendo seus trabalhos para fazerem parte desta compilação de artigos que formam esse primeiro volume. A publicação desta obra é inédita no nosso Estado, e espero que siga com o volume II no próximo ano e assim por diante, nesse momento da história em que a EJA e a educação popular como um todo vêm sofrendo golpes de todos os lados desse governo golpista que não tem compromisso com os menos favorecidos desse país, e também não demonstra nenhum respeito com os educadores da rede pública que atuam nas nossas escolas, já tão sucateadas e relegadas.

About Trees considers our relationship with language, landscape, perception, and memory in the Anthropocene. The book includes texts and artwork by a stellar line up of contributors including Jorge Luis Borges, Andrea Bowers, Ursula K. Le Guin, Ada Lovelace and dozens of others. Holten was artist in residence at Buro BDP. While working on the book she created an alphabet and used it to make a new typeface called Trees. She also made a series of limited edition offset prints based on her Tree Drawings.
