An index of secondary names contains about 8,500 entries, and a geographical index lists family locations when mentioned.
William Williams immigrated to Virginia and settled in Grayson County. He was the father of three children, one of whom was Thomas (b. ca. 1732-1790). He was the father of six children. One of his descendants was John Williams (1866-1927) who married Mittie Eaton and they eventually moved form Tennessee to Oklahoma. They were the parents of 12 children. Descendants married into the McBroom and Whiteley families. Descendants live in Oklahoma, Texas and other parts of the United States.
Frances Maria Goodman was born 28 July 1829 in Boston. Her parents were William Goodman and Margaret Adams. Her grandparents were Moses Goodman, Amy Seymour, Samuel Adams and Margaret Austin. She married Learner Blackman Harrison in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1853. Ancestors and relatives lived mainly in England, New England and Virginia.

Ephraim Durham immigrated to America, probably from England, sometime before December 1672, when he was granted a plot of land at Guilford, Connecticut. He married Elizabeth Goodrich (1653-after Oct. 1725) at Guilford in 1678. They had six children, 1680-1694. Ephraim died at Guilford in 1725. Descendants lived in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New York, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa and elsewhere. Some descendants spell their surname: Darrin, Darwin, Dorwin, Durrin and other variants spellings.
