The Biorganic Chemistry of Enzymatic Catalysis
This volume grew out of a symposium organized by the students of Professor Myron L. Bender. His research focused on the mechanisms of enzymatic catalysis and was instrumental in showing that enzymes do not possess magical powers to accelerate reactions a trillion times on an average, but follow simple rules of chemistry. A group of scientists who were trained by Bender have contributed some of their work to this book to pay homage to their mentor. The range of topics covered is such that researchers and industry with interest in biological chemistry will gain knowledge from the advances being made in related fields. The book shows organic chemists what advances have taken place in biological chemistry and biochemists will discover how principles of organic chemistry can be applied to reveal the powers of enzymatic catalysis.

Lloyd’s Register of Yachts 1965
The Lloyd’s Register of Yachts was first issued in 1878, and was issued annually until 1980, except during the years 1916-18 and 1940-46. Meson 2002
This volume deals with both the experimental and theoretical aspects of meson physics; in particular, it presents new results. The main topics are: hadronic and electromagnetic meson production in various reactions; meson interaction with mesons, nucleons and nuclei; the structure of hadrons; mesons and fundamental symmetries; exotic systems. IFAE 2007
This book collects the Proceedings of the Workshop "Incontri di Fisica delle Alte Energie (IFAE) 2007, Napoli, 11-13 April 2007". Presentations, both theoretical and experimental, addressed the status of Physics of the Standard Model and beyond, Flavour physics, Neutrino and Astroparticle physics, and new technology in high energy physics. Special emphasis amid this rich exchange of ideas was given to the expectations of the forthcoming Large Hadron Collider.
