In August 1996, ASME, in cooperation with the Office of Science and Technology (OST) of the U.S. Department of Energy, established a process and infrastructure to provide unbiased, independent, accurate and timely peer review for development of technologies supported by OST. This report covers the period ending September 30, 1997.
