A Wonderful Life
My first book of memories is titled, Journey of a Disciple and is my life story, particularly dealing with my experiences as a disciple of the Lord Jesus. It focuses on my faith and spiritual experiences up to the time I turned 74 years of age. I wrote the second book of memories primarily about my family - my brothers, parents, and grandparents. I titled the second book Memories of a Disciple. In this my third book of memories, I wanted to write about some of my memories about my wife and children and grandchildren, in order to round out my life story for the benefit of my present family as well as the future generations, and others who may be interested in knowing about me and my experiences and values. It's been a wonderful life, full of blessings and beautiful remembrances, thanks to the love of my family and friends. I'm happy to share this testament to the love of and mercy of God and his son Jesus, my Redeemer and friend. I hope you are inspired by the reading. God bless you.

The Boy with Four Eyes
Time is the Great Depression.1930’s.Unmarried teen-ager chooses life for her unborn son despite many difficulties. .Cross-eyed and pudgy, he is teased a lot (hence book’s title) .Mother must give him up, elderly grandparents are only choice. They proceed to raise him through trials and errors, some serious, some humorous. Conservative farm folks from the Ozarks, they apply old fashioned rules of character which shape his life, while others in the little Ozark town keep him on the proper path. At the end of the story he is on his way to college, first person in his family to do so and is reunited with his mother in the night of her death.

Memories of a Disciple
This book is a memoir of some of my experiences in life. As a writer of biographies and memoirs, I felt it was important to write and record some of my memories that are not included in my biography, Journey of a Disciple. Kathleen and I first met when we were 12 years old. I have always believed that God brought us together. We were married in 1965 in Miami, Oklahoma. She is a registered nurse, retired from her career in public health. I was a financial advisor for 30 years before I retired and began my writing career.
