Watercolors by Geraldine Landriau is a compilation of 153 photographs of paintings created by the artist, beginning with her first attempt in 1971, continuing throughout the period of her study of the medium, and ending with her final piece, which was unfinished at the time of her death in 2010. Included in the collection are 15 photographs of untitled and undated pieces that were created to study techniques and to experiment with the medium. The first review of the book on Amazon.com stated, “This book is packed with watercolors by an artist in control of her medium, capturing the feel and essence of her subjects: the natural world around her. Technically flawless, this is a relaxing journey through the fields and flowers of the eastern U.S., well worth taking. I loved it.”
