Di luar jam kantor dan akhir pekan, Mas Arif Biantoro melepas semua atribut kepolisiannya untuk mengebunkan 550 saca Plukenetia volubilis di lahan 5.000 m2. Anggota staf bidang Sistem Pengawasan (Siwas) Kepolisian Resor Tanahlaut, Kalimantan Selatan, itu menanam saca sejak awal 2020. Ketika tanaman berbuah 7—8 bulan kemudian, ia menjual ke pengolah di Kabupaten Kotabaru seharga Rp7.000 per kg. Brigadir polisi kepala Oyo—panggilan Arif—memanen rata-rata 0,5 kg buah saca per tanaman setiap bulan. Penjualan 275 kg saca memberikan omzet Rp1,9 juta. Ia memanen sebulan sekali sehingga dalam lima bulan mendapat tambahan penghasilan kotor Rp9,6 juta. Seiring dengan penambahan umur, produktivitas pun meningkat.

Mereka bertiga cekikikan sampai keretanya datang. Mereka bersiap naik. Tak dinyana, petugas penjaga pesantren ternyata sudah sampai stasiun. Mereka buru-buru naik kereta. Khawatir tertangkap, mereka mengambil bangku paling pojok. Agar tak ketahuan, mereka menutupi mukanya dengan pura-pura tenang membaca koran. Dua orang petugas pesantren masuk dalam gerbong yang Pairin, Slamet, dan Kodir tempati. Dasar apes, koran yang menutupi muka mereka justru menarik perhatian dua petugas itu.
