Im kurzen Leben Dietrich Bonhoeffers spielte die hegelsche Philosophie eine bedeutende Rolle. In seinen frühen akademischen Werken Sanctorum Communio und Akt und Sein nahm Bonhoeffer eine kritische Haltung gegenüber Hegels Philosophie ein, die er als eine Art Religion betrachtete. Dennoch bezeichnete er Hegel während des Hegel-Seminars als „theologisch eingestellten Theologen“. Der Grund für diese Veränderung bei Bonhoeffer bleibt bis heute in der akademischen Welt ohne überzeugende Erklärung. Dieses Buch unternimmt den Versuch, anhand einer Gegenüberstellung der Texte von Bonhoeffer und Hegel eine theologische Erklärung für diese Transformation aufzuzeigen.

Costliness, excessive delay, bias against the weak, corruption, underfunding, insufficiency of legal skills and shortage of training programmes (for the judicial staff in its diversity), complexity of legal rules and procedures, including the language of both the law and the Court, dependency vis-à-vis the political authorities; these are flaws documented as hindering equal and effective access to Burundis formal state court justice system. This book argues that engaging with out-of-court justice in Burundis legal pluralism model may positively impact on peoples access to justice, particularly for the poor and the underprivileged.

The Seven Sacraments of the Catholic Church
The strong relationship between the Bible and the sacraments of the Catholic Church is generally accepted in theology. This monograph approaches this relationship from a synchronic perspective. This fresh perspective opens up new windows providing insight into similarities found in the various rites, in and outside the Catholic Church. Analysing a broad selection hereof, Stopa argues that his doctrine of justification centers on a soteriological concern for the recreation of human glory lost in the Fall and a doxological concern for God's glory stolen by sinners. The Corruption of Theological Institutions by Plagiarism in Dissertations
This study examines theological dissertations by international students accepted by major Austrian universities and shows that academic incompetence, plagiarism, and negligent supervision are seriously damaging theological institutions – in Europe and abroad. Some Catholic priests from developing countries receive theological doctorates in Austria by submitting substandard dissertations. Overwhelmed by culture shock and lacking proper academic guidance, these students resort to copying and manipulating data. Many go on to become church leaders at home. This study addresses the damage done by deficient dissertations.
