Leitbilder der Alterssicherung
Der gegenwärtige Diskurs um den Umbau des Sozialstaates wird von Finanzierungs- und Leistungsaspekten dominiert. Fragen der Prinzipien, nach denen die Sicherungssysteme gestaltet sind oder gestaltet werden sollen, treten demgegenüber meist in den Hintergrund. Die vorliegende Studie versucht hier eine Lücke zu schließen: An historischem Material - von der Konstitution bis zur großen Reform in den 50er Jahren des vorausgegangenen Jahrhunderts - werden in einer vergleichenden Untersuchung die Leitbilder der gesetzlichen Alterssicherung in den Niederlanden und Deutschland und die darunter liegenden Diskurse analysiert. Dabei werden nicht nur Gemeinsamkeiten und Differenzen der institutionellen Ausprägung zwischen den Ländern sichtbar gemacht sondern auch Kontinuitäten und Pfadabweichungen bzw. Pfadwechsel in den jeweiligen nationalen Rentenversicherungen, die für die für die sozialstaatliche Entwicklung prägend wurden.

The authority-oriented pastoral/catechetical planning method, which characterizes the African mission transmission, has been problematic as it subtly neglects in its pedagogy the culture and daily life of the subject. Hence, the people operate a Christian/cultural double standard.
