Das deutsch-türkische Forum für Staatsrechtslehre dient der Förderung des wissenschaftlichen Austausches zwischen deutscher und türkischer Staatsrechtslehre. Die vorliegend dokumentierte Tagung hatte die Ausgestaltung der Gewaltenteilung in der Demokratie zum Gegenstand.
