Shirley Baker is a PHI-KAPPA-PHI graduate of Cal State, Fullerton, CA with a MS in Education (an emphasis in reading) and she has fifteen hours Horace Rackham Graduate School, University of Michigan (School Administration). She has been a leader in community work including: representative for Chamber of Commerce, President (2000-2001) for Placentia Roundtable Women's Club and member of finance group.Shirley and her husband have taught in private and public schools. As an educator she has taught at all levels, except high school, including teaching student teachers at Cal State Fullerton. Shirley and her husband have been involved in church ministry working with both adults and children.Shirley and Allen Baker now reside in Palm Desert, CA.
