Bowie & Hutch is an unusual memoir, Bowie a world superstar and Hutch a comparatively little known, semi-retired jazz guitarist living in rural East Yorkshire. John 'Hutch' Hutchinson was Bowie's musical collaborator, side-man, accompanying musician and friend, and his story should be an essential read for Bowie fans around the world.
