Similar data was combined in the Monthly weather review for July 1909 to Dec. 1913, also pub. separately during that time for each of the 12 districts. This history of the personalities, institutions, ideas and Canadian missions that formed the Redemptorists of English Canada is written to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the birth of their founder, Alphonsus Liguori, a doctor of the Church, and patron saint of moralists and confessors. While challenged and changing with Canada itself, the Redemptorists created a distinctive English Canadian Catholic organization set apart from French Canadian and American models.
