This book is the second in a series designed to continue the legacy of recreational mathematics that was started by Martin Gardner and Joseph S. Madachy. It contains a tribute to Joe Madachy as well as original work in recreational mathematics. Solutions to problems that appeared in Journal of Recreational Mathematics 37(3) with a list of the contributors and primary solvers is included.
This book is the fifth in our series of books in recreational mathematics. It is designed to be a continuation of the work of our predecessors Martin Gardner and Joseph S. Madachy. There is a complete index to "Recreational Mathematics Magazine" that was published in the early 1960's by Joe Madachy. A problem column is included as well as research papers and the editors encourage people to contribute items for future issues.
