Yolanda Valdivielso García, es Letrada de la Administración de Justicia desde 1993, actualmente está destinada en el Juzgado de Instrucción nº 2 de Sevilla. Se doctoró en 2017, con la tesis “La personación procesal”, en la Universidad de Sevilla, con sobresaliente cum laude.
