La personación procesal ante el juzgado de instrucción de menores
Esta obra trata de colmar los distintos vacíos legales con los que nos encontramos en la regulación legal de la personación en el proceso penal, poniendo a disposición del lector diversas soluciones dirigidas a cumplir las expectativas legales de quienes deben o quieren participar como parte. Desde una perspectiva práctica, fundamentada en la doctrina, jurisprudencia y práctica forense, se examinan y clarifican diversos aspectos relacionados con la intervención de las distintas partes en el proceso penal como acusadoras, investigadas y responsables civiles, así como los requisitos, facultades, actuaciones y efectos de su personación en el proceso penal. Yolanda Valdivielso García, es Letrada de la Administración de Justicia desde 1993, actualmente está destinada en el Juzgado de Instrucción nº 2 de Sevilla. Se doctoró en 2017, con la tesis “La personación procesal”, en la Universidad de Sevilla, con sobresaliente cum laude.
