This volume LNCS 12926 constitutes the papers of the 10th International Conference on Electronic Government and the Information Systems Perspective, EGOVIS 2021, held in September 2021 as part of the DEXA 2021 conference. Casi trescientos profesionales procedentes de muy diferentes territorios, escuelas, niveles y generaciones debatieron sobre las restricciones, los retos y la eficacia que presentan la organización y los procesos del conjunto de juzgados y tribunales encargados de resolver los recursos que pueden interponer los ciudadanos contra el Gobierno, los ministerios, las comunidades autónomas, los municipios y demás entes públicos con el fin de exigirles el cumplimiento de lo establecido en las leyes.
Das Recht der Europaischen Union nimmt vielfach Einfluss auf nationale Gesetze, besonders im Verwaltungsverfahrensrecht. Timotheus Muller untersucht, wie der Gesetzgeber in Deutschland und Spanien mit dieser Herausforderung fur Dogmatik und Systematik umgeht. Aus dem Vergleich der beiden traditionsreichen Verwaltungsrechtsordnungen gewinnt er Erkenntnisse zu grundsatzlichen Fragen der Europaisierung und zur Zukunft nationaler Kodifikationen. Behandelt werden dabei sowohl aktuelle Themen wie E-Government, bessere Rechtsetzung oder gute Verwaltung als auch "Klassiker" des Verwaltungsverfahrensrechts. So konnen anhand konkreter Einzelpunkte Entwicklungsperspektiven aufgezeigt und Reformvorschlage entwickelt werden.
