Debate Continues Over Reopening Of Schools And Colleges While most other sectors have gradually opened after the COVID-19 induced lockdown, most states are yet to decide on when to reopen educational institutions. Odisha too seems to be unsure about what is a good time to do so, having allowed schools to open for classes 9 to 12 before shutting them down again. There is concern that reopening schools and colleges in the winter may again lead to a spike in coronavirus infections.
