Creating Public Paradise
Result of a conference organised by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and the Netherlands Public Library Association, on the occasion of the Dutch presidency of the Council of Europe on the 18th and 19th of March 2004 in The Hague and Apeldoorn.
