The International Conference which will be held on by The Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Jember November 15-16, 2021. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd ICOLIB had been successfully held in 2015, 2017, and 2019 in University of Jember, respectively. This year’s conference will be held virtually, and present some outstanding speakers coming from Indonesia, Germany, Nederland, The United States of America and South Korea.

Essential Clinical Immunology
The ways in which we can better understand cancer, HIV, and other autoimmune diseases through clinical immunology are of great interest to practitioners from the student level to the advanced PhD. Designed as an introduction for practitioners and residents. This book focuses on the clinical disease-state level of immunology, beginning with the basic concepts and then detailing the immunological aspects of various disease states involving major organs of the body. It explores how we can better understand disease and its treatment through clinical immunology; each chapter concludes with patterns for future research.
Power Electronics Applications in Renewable Energy Systems
The renewable generation system is currently experiencing rapid growth in various power grids. The stability and dynamic response issues of power grids are receiving attention due to the increase in power electronics-based renewable energy. The main focus of this Special Issue is to provide solutions for power system planning and operation. Power electronics-based devices can offer new ancillary services to several industrial sectors. In order to fully include the capability of power conversion systems in the network integration of renewable generators, several studies should be carried out, including detailed studies of switching circuits, and comprehensive operating strategies for numerous devices, consisting of large-scale renewable generation clusters.

Malaria Vector Control and Personal Protection
"WHO's concern is that, despite national and global efforts to control malaria, the disease burden remains high, especially in tropical Africa. The situation is further compounded in emergency situations. It is therefore necessary to review the current vector control strategies and their effectiveness in various operational and eco-epidemiological settings and to identify the challenges for implementation in different health systems. These would serve as a basis for the development of a strategic framework for strengthening malaria vector control implementation. The Roll Back Malaria (RBM) Initiative was launched by the WHO Director-General in 1998 as a Cabinet Project to coordinate global actions against malaria.
