Książka prezentuje wieloaspektowo problematykę zmian w prawie związanych z transformacją ustrojową 1989 roku. Prezentowane w publikacji teksty analizują wpływ zmian ustrojowych i gospodarczych na wybrane gałęzie i instytucje prawa publicznego i prywatnego.
