Di dalam buku ini, penulis menautkan hubungan nilai kosmopolitan dan nilai etnisitas dari peserta didik dengan terbentuknya nasionalisme dalam diri mereka. Semua hubungan itu disajikan dengan studi kasus di Cimahi, Jawa Barat.
