Hukum pidana di Indonesia saat ini secara historis terkait erat dengan hukum pidana Belanda. A Reconstruction of The Principle of "No Punishment without guilt"
Criminal law in Indonesia today is historically closely related to Dutch criminal law. Admittedly, by inheriting Dutch criminal law, we also inherit its character based on conflict, namely that any problems relating to material disputes and losses due to criminal acts must be resolved through the courts - which are seen as the only means to seek and obtain justice .
