Membawa atma atau roh kembali kepada Tuhan (moksa) dalam berbagai jenisnya memang adalah tujuan Agama Hindu, tetapi anehnya jarang sekali umat Hindu diberikan pengetahuan tentang tujuan yang amat luhur ini. Sebagian kalangan berpendapat bahwa aji kamoksan atau ilmu tentang hubungan (sambandha) antara Tuhan dan atma adalah ilmu yang sulit dan hanya bisa dipelajari oleh orang-orang yang telah lanjut usia. Kenyataannya, ilmu spiritual kamoksan ini justru hendaknya harus diperkenalkan kepada anak-anak muda yang saat ini sudah banyak kehilangan arah tentang apa makna sejati kehidupan mereka. Sebagian dari anak-anak muda itu menganggap bahwa kehidupannya hanya sebatas lahir, sekolah, bekerja, menikah dan mati, sehingga tatkala mereka gagal dalam aspek-aspek material seperti itu, mereka jadi frustrasi. Padahal, kelahiran sebagai manusia memiliki tujuan yang jauh lebih luhur daripada itu. Buktinya disampaikan gamblang dalam buku ini. Anda akan memahami bahwa tubuh manusia bukanlah tubuh sembarangan yang bisa dipakai berbuat sembarangan.
