Regulasi Wakaf di Indonesia diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf. Dalam rangka mengoptimalkan aset wakaf, melalui Undang-Undang Wakaf pemerintah mendirikan Dewan Wakaf Indonesia sebagai lembaga yang berfokus pada pengembangan dan kemajuan aset wakaf. Dalam mencegah perselisihan wakaf, Badan Wakaf Indonesia dengan hati-hati mengelola aset wakaf, memberikan bimbingan kepada nazhir dan melakukan pengawasan pasif. Badan Wakaf Indonesia berusaha untuk mencegah sengketa wakaf dengan melakukan administrasi yang akurat atas aset wakaf, memberikan bimbingan kepada nazhir, dan melakukan pengawasan aktif dan pasif, serta membentuk Tim Apresal. Buku ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan referensi dan informasi bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, praktisi dan semua pihak yang membutuhkan.
