As nulidades processuais permeiam uma importante frente de disputas no Tribunal de Impostos e Taxas do Estado de São Paulo (TIT), a ponto de merecer, por parte de Celso Alves Feitosa, enérgicas manifestações críticas ao crescente volume de decisões proferidas pela Câmara Superior do TIT que acabam por declarar a nulidade de acórdãos proferidos por Câmara Julgadoras.
