At the same time, the practice of engraving, a medium that produced multiple printed images via collaborative processes, rapidly developed. Pon focuses on the encounters between the engraver Marcantonio Raimondi and three key artists: Albrecht Dürer, Raphael, and Giorgio Vasari.
