Zuverlässigkeitsorientierte Auslegungsmethodik elektrischer Maschinen unter Berücksichtigung der Ausfallwahrscheinlichkeit von Isolationssystemen

Die weltweit steigenden Investitionskosten in der Elektromobilität und die damit einhergehenden gesellschaftlichen Veränderungen müssen für eine kollektive Akzeptanz der Bevölkerung zu einer verbesserten Ökobilanz beitragen. Emissionsanalysen elektrifizierter Antriebslösungen werden zunehmend kritisch hinterfragt und weichen Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs), die die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette untersuchen. Das Ziel eines nachhaltigen Antriebs harmonisiert mit einem langlebigen und ressourcenschonenden Design, bei dem sich Emissionen während der Fertigung und Entsorgung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus amortisieren. Aufgrund steigender elektrischer und thermischer Belastungen wird das Isolationssystem zunehmend zum bestimmenden Faktor der Lebensdauer elektrischer Maschinen. In der vorliegenden Dissertation wird daher die Forschungsfrage untersucht, in welchem Maß das elektrische Isolationssystem die Lebensdauer und die Zuverlässigkeit einer elektrischen Maschine steigert. Zusätzlich werden die Auswirkungen des Isolationssystems auf die Performance der Maschine berücksichtigt, die sich aus einem veränderten Kupferfüllfaktor und einer optimierten Kühlung ergeben können.
