Formamos há cerca de dois anos um Grupo de Trabalho (GTI) para analisar o sistema sancionatório tributário brasileiro (Direito Tributário Penal e Direito Penal Tributário) dentro do Núcleo de Estudos Fiscais da Escola de Direi-to da FGV (NEF/FGV-SP). Coube-me honrosamente o papel de Coordenador Executivo ao lado da coordenação acadêmica do Professor Eurico Marcos Diniz de Santi. Foi e tem sido um período muito proveitoso, no qual pudemos partilhar conhecimento e desfrutar do aprendizado com colegas interessados em melhorar a qualidade e a eficiência do nosso sistema sancionatório tributário.

This handbook unravels the complexities of the global and local entanglements of race, gender and intersectionality within racial capitalism in times of #MeToo, #BlackLivesMatter, the Chilean uprising, Anti-Muslim racism, backlash against trans and queer politics, and global struggles against modern colonial femicide and extractivism. Contributors chart intersectional and decolonial perspectives on race and gender research across North America, Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and South Africa, centering theoretical understandings of how these categories are imbricated and how they operate and mean individually and together. This book offers new ways to think about what is absent/present and why, how erasure works in historical and contemporary theoretical accounts of the complexity of lived experiences of race and gender, and how, as new issues arise, intersectionalities (re)emerge in the politics of race and gender. Food-Energy-Water Systems: Achieving Climate Resilience and Sustainable Development in the 21st Century
extreme weather will mean ongoing challenges to the capacity of these sectors to support human well-being, grow the economy, and provide critical environmental services. Society has yet to evaluate the resilience of FEWS to climate, environmental, and management stresses as it shapes strategies to support sustainable development over the next decades. These issues constitute a quintessential interdisciplinary research challenge and require a well-structured science agenda and supportive information services for implementing key findings that governments and stakeholders can adopt. Integrated policy pathways require usable research findings, applications, models, real-time information systems, and decision support systems. In addition, stakeholder engagement is essential to communicate the benefits and results of these approaches and to engage appropriate groups in their implementation.
